1. General Provisions
Rules of consideration of claims related to posting of content on the site Administration of vintfint.com defines the policy concerning settlement of conflicts arising in connection with content posted by users, as well as rights and duties of the administration of vintfint.com, users of vintfint.com and third parties in the process of settlement of such conflicts. 
In the case of contradictions between the rules of the site and the rules apply the provisions of these rules, except as expressly provided in the rules of the site or these rules, when considering applications under these rules, the administration of the site shall be guided by the following principles:

The complainant acknowledges and confirms that the content complained of was illegally posted on the site by a website user.
2. Statement
2.1. Any holder of copyright or related rights (hereinafter - the Applicant), in case of detection on the site content posted by users without his permission or other legal basis, may apply to the site administration with a statement of violation of his copyright and (or) related rights to the content.
2.2. To contact the administration of the site vintfint.com the applicant uses his own registered account on the site or undergoes the procedure of account registration. Registration on the site is necessary to ensure prompt interaction with the administration of the site and transparency of the application procedure with a convenient interface for access to information on the application. The applicant registered on vintfint.com website fills in the application form.
Appealing to the administration of the site vintfint.com by this method is considered an electronic application for the purposes of compliance with the requirements of art. 15.7 of the Federal Law "On information, information technology and information security".
2.3. Applying to the administration of the site vintfint.com, the person must argue the violation of his rights and legitimate interests. The application must contain the following reliable information:
2.3.1. Information about the applicant, allowing him to identify and promptly contact him, if necessary, including by e-mail:
a) for an individual - full name, passport data (series and number, issued by whom, date of issue), contact information (telephone and (or) fax numbers, e-mail address);
b) for a legal entity - name, location and address, contact information (telephone and (or) fax numbers, e-mail address).
2.3.2. information about specific content (hereinafter referred to as the Disputable Object) placed on the site without the permission of the right holder or other legal basis
2.3.3.. the URL of the website page, with regard to audio and video content - with the results of the search output on the request regarding the disputed object and with the URL of the personal page of one user, to which there is a link in the search output and a copy of the disputed object on the page which the applicant considers a reference for the purposes of identifying the disputed object and its copies on the website);
2.3.4. Indication that the right holder has rights to the disputed object placed on the site without his permission or other legal basis;
2.3.5 An indication of the absence of the right holder's permission to post the disputed object on the website;
2.3.6. Consent of the applicant to the processing of his personal data (for the Applicant - a natural person).
2.4. The applicant has the right to attach copies of documents confirming the applicant's rights to the disputed object. The applicant is entitled to submit other information in addition to the above documents, including references to official resources certifying that the rights to the disputed object belong to the applicant. Documents containing other additional information on the application may be attached to the application. If the application is submitted by an authorized person, a copy of the document confirming the person's authority shall be attached to the application.
2.5. Due to technical limitations of the web form, the applicant should make sure that the limit of possible characters is not exceeded. 
The site administration is not responsible for the failure to take measures with regard to controversial objects on URLs beyond the specified limit in the case of a technical failure in the transmission of the relevant information to the administration of the site.
2.6. Regardless of the format of providing URLs (directly in the web form or in the attached document) the corresponding hyperlinks shall be active, i.e. the possibility of automatic transition to the disputable object without typing the URL manually. 
2.7. If incomplete information, inaccuracies or errors in the application are discovered, the website administration has the right to send the applicant a notice of clarification of the submitted information.
2.8. Within 72 hours of receipt of the notice referred to in paragraph 2.7 of these rules, the applicant shall take measures aimed at filling missing information, correcting inaccuracies and errors, and shall send the site administration the clarified information.
3. Consideration of the application and response measures
3.1. If the received application fully complies with the requirements, the site administration takes the measures necessary to stop the violation of intellectual rights of the applicant, as described in paragraph 3.2 below. The date of receipt of the application shall be considered the date of successful submission of the completed form by the applicant through the interface of the site, displayed, in particular, in the relevant section of the applicant's page on the site.
3.2. The site administration shall remove the disputed object within the period prescribed by law from the date of receipt of the application or the applicant's clarified information (in the case of sending the applicant a notice referred to in paragraph 2.7 of these rules).
3.3. If the site administration has evidence confirming the legality of placing a disputed object on the site, the site administration has the right not to take the measures provided by paragraph 3.2 of these rules. 3.2. of these rules and is obliged to send the applicant a corresponding notice with the attached evidence.
3.4. In case of questions or reasonable objections in connection with the removal of the disputed object, the user (including the community administrator) may contact the technical support of the site (when filing objections the user must provide reliable information about the rights to the disputed object, the basis of ownership of such rights, as well as duly certified copies of documents confirming the user's rights to the disputed object).
4. Technologies
The administration of the site vintfint.com strives to constantly improve technologies that prevent infringement of intellectual rights on the site. As of the effective date of this version of the rules, the site administration is piloting digital fingerprinting technology to identify and remove disputed items.
5. Abuse
It is not allowed to abuse the possibilities of the procedure established by these rules. The following actions are recognized by the site administration as abuse on the part of applicants:- Repeated applications that formally meet the requirements of these rules, but contain knowingly false information based on the results of verification;
- Falsification of documents (including electronic) and information;
- filing an application in violation of clause. 2.2 of the Rules or by using an account containing false information;
- The use of automated mailing lists and/or robots to contact and/or communicate with the site administration;
- the Applicant's application after filing an electronic application under these Rules to the site administration with the same in essence application with regard to the same disputed object in any other way, if there is no reference to the number of the originally filed electronic application, and vice versa, - the application with an electronic application under the Rules after the same in essence application with regard to the same disputed object has been sent to the site administration in any other way.
6. Storage
The administration of the site vintfint.com has the right to store all data, documents and electronic messages related to the consideration of the application within 3 (three) years from the date of the end of the application procedure, if longer storage and use of relevant information is not necessary for the purposes of protecting the rights of the site administration. This provision of the rules does not affect the terms of storage of information within the personal page of the site, used by the applicant to submit the application, which are determined by the applicant. 
The administration of the site vintfint.com does not disclose information about the progress of the application, the content of the deleted disputed objects and applications, except in cases stipulated by the current legislation and these rules. 
The administration of vintfint.com reserves the right to make changes and additions to these rules.
