Don’t Forget to Sell a Gil Bug or Goblin Coin in Final Fantasy XVI
hen completing certain quests or sidequests in Final Fantasy XVI, you may find yourself rewarded with an item called “Gil Bug” or “Goblin Coin.” However, getting FFXIV Gil it doesn’t increase your amount of cash on hand. This is because this is an item you just sell at Charon’s Toll at the hideaway or a merchant in a town.
How to sell a Gil Bug or Goblin Coin in Final Fantasy XVI
First, head to your local merchant. On the local map, which you bring up by pressing the touch pad, these will be signified by a “shop” icon. Once at a store, press R2 to bring up the Sell menu. The Gil Bug and Goblin Coin will be in the Materials section. (I usually found the Gil Bugs between Meteorites and Black Blood, for example.)
Each Gil Bug is worth 200 gil. It’s not much, but two of them can buy you a Potion in a pinch. A Goblin Coin gets you 800 gil. That could buy you two High Potions. And since you can’t use them when crafting gear, they’ll just take up space otherwise.
Final Fantasy XVI is available for the PlayStation 5. There is Final Fantasy XIV Gil a six-month exclusivity period.
